Erica Miller is a 25-year IT professional with a strong background in Data Engineering and Integration. Erica is the Chief Data Equity Advocate at co-lanthropy, a data and technology products and services consultancy to Non-Profit Organizations and Social Enterprises.

Erica uses technology and data to give a voice to the unheard. She is an advocate for people and communities who are often marginalized and overlooked because they are not represented in the systems that are used to make quality of life decisions. The mission of her work is to stop data weaponization and misuse by evangelizing data equity for all.
