One day access to the space for non-members looking for a workspace option for the day or for a member to bring a guest for a day of collaboration. *Access to open space coworking Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. *The day pass is for one person ONLY and does not include a guest. This membership must be used on the date that is selected. CoPlay Access is NOT included
Coplay (babysitting) is not included in the price. Babysitting is $30 for up to 3 hours for 2 children (additional children $5 per hour per child) and is limited to 6 hours a day.
This is a one-time only membership to use our open space for content creation. This means you have access to our space to take video or picture footage.

10 hours of conference room use a month Monday-Saturday between 8am-8pm. Unused hours are forfeited at the end of each month. This plan renews automatically.

This membership is solely for a private office space in our bottom floor area. This membership also comes with a dedicated mailbox. Specific Private Office Membership Terms •Private office members have the ability to decorate their office space within reason. No décor should destroy walls, floors, windows, doors, etc. of their office space. •Private office members should hold liability insurance for their business to cover the cost of assets in their private office space in an event of an emergency where assets are deemed destroyed. •Private office members should not damage or remove office furniture in office spaces that are provided to them. •Private office members are responsible for removing their trash daily and keeping their office clean. Cleaning service is not included in the monthly membership fee. *Conference room rental at a 50% discount. If your business requires any fire inspections and/or accept medical insurance we unfortunately can not accommodate you. This membership is solely for a private office space in our 2nd floor area. This office is a Small office that could accommodate up to 2 ppl. Specific Private Office Membership Terms •Private office members have the ability to decorate their office space within reason. No décor should destroy walls, floors, windows, doors, etc. of their office space. •Private office members should hold liability insurance for their business to cover cost of assets in their private office space in an event of an emergency where assets are deemed destroyed. •Private office members are responsible for a one-time $25 key fee. This fee should be paid with the first month of rent. •Private office members are responsible for providing all furniture in their office unless otherwise included. •Private office members are responsible for removing their trash daily and keeping their office clean.
